It's okay to be angry.

Of course you don't want to be angry all the time or forever. Anger isn't an emotion that really fills a void and it seldom solves a problem. None the less it's a part of life, we all experience it at some point. Angry at someone, something, our past, our present, maybe ourselves in general.
I'm tired of being angry though, but there's things that have to happen to make it go away. To make it stop creeping up at unwanted times. Being angry puts thoughts in your head that might not be there otherwise, it lies, & makes things feel hopeless.

I don't always feel like that, but I've been angry for awhile now. It's not possible to "just stop" or "move on", and so many people think that's how it works. it will never work that way.
